A little about Rachelle
Daughter of a Navy Veteran, Rachelle has experienced a tremendously diverse upbringing. In addition to being raised with a military background, she also has unique values instilled as the direct result of native Filipino parents.
Growing up in the Department of Defense Education System, Rachelle was exceptionally studious. She graduated with her B.S. in Family, Youth and Community Sciences with an area of specialization in Human Services. Afterwards, she began looking for a career that could facilitate her aspirations career progression in an environment that supports her spouse's mobility as her husband is an officer in the United States Army. She chose VACI because she has a vested interest in learning about this process for all Veterans who, for a number of different reasons, have been underserved.
