A little about Joel
I’m a man of faith, a husband, a father of three, and a former Army Sergeant First Class with over 11 years of active duty as a 19K Armor Crewman. During my time in uniform, I held many positions including Tank Master Gunner which demanded precision, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility for both mission and team.
Transitioning out of the military showed me just how complex and overwhelming it can be to navigate the VA disability claims process, especially while managing the mental and physical weight of service. I understand what it’s like to push through pain, to stay mission-focused, and to quietly carry things that others don’t see. That’s why I became a Veteran Coach, to be the educator I wish I had and because no one should have to face this journey alone.

I take this role seriously, because I believe every Veteran deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with integrity and respect. I’m all about educating and empowering you to take action.
